PSORIASIS
Dermatitis
It is a chronic disease of the skin and the joints. Its symptoms are skin burning with scales in defined areas (elbows, knees, scalp) or in the whole body. It is not contagious and it affects 1.5% of the general population. It may appear at any age. Nowadays there are different treatments which are very effective to improve the condition.

The weakness of the nail bed and the peeling of the finger nails are very frequent conditions. The alterations in the iron deposits and the thyroid dysfuntion together with the excess of water, soap and detergents, are important factors for their development.

It is a condition caused by fungi which can affect the nails as well as the skin, the groin, the scalp and the genital area. The growth of fungi take place in wet environments on account of hot temperatures and perspiration, for this reason, it frequently appears in the toe’s nails. The main factors causing it can be micro traumas caused by shoes or sports activities. There are very effective oral and/or topical treatments using nail polishes.

The excess of sun exposure and its long-term accumulation in our skin, is the main agent which causes the appearance of Sun Spots (“senile spots”), solar keratosis (skin precancer) and skin cancer (basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma). The skin wrinkles together with the dilated vessels and open pores, are a consequence of the chronic solar photodamage. Prevention and full skin treatment can improve this premature aging.
WARTS

They are formations produced by the HPV virus. There are more than 80 types of HPV. Some have a predilection of contagion in areas of the face (flat warts), hands, knees (vulgar warts) and on genital area (condylomas). They can be extended or transmitted to oneself or other partners. Treatment is necessary through specific topics, cryosurgery and ablative radiofrequency.
HYPERHIDROSIS

It is the increase in perspiration in different localized or general areas. When it appears in localized areas such as the armpits, hands and feet, there some very efficient treatments to eliminate the excess of sweating.

It is a constitutional hyperergia which can appear at birth. It can be accompanied by asthma, rhinitis, and conjunctivitis. As years go by and with medication, it tends to improve the dermatitis. Nowadays there are new therapeutics agents that helps to control the disease.
VITILIGO
Vitiligo
It is a skin condition characterized by the absence of melanocytes (which are the cells in charge of pigmentation). Its symptoms are white spots around the mouth, the eyes, the genitalia, the armpits and the umbilicus.
ALOPECIA
Dermatitis
It is a condition characterized by temporary or permanent, partial or general loss of hair. The origin may be physiological (post-partum defluvium, weight loss diets) or androgenetics (inherited). In women, from the very beginning, it is important to dismiss anaemia, low iron reserves and thyroid conditions. The treatment is based on lotions, oral complements and in some patients, mesotherapy, PRP or hair grafts.
SKIN CANCER

The most frequent of all human cancers is Basal Cell Carcinoma. It appears on the skin and / or mucous membranes. It is locally malignant but advances slowly in the compromised area. The 2nd cancer in frequency in the skin is the Squamous Cell Carcinoma. It is also locally malignant but it can metastasize at the local nodal level. Most of these 2 tumors are located in the skin of the face and neck. Skin type (white) and high sun exposure are the predisposing factors of its appearance. Instead, Melanoma is a very serious malignant tumor because it can spread with metastases leading to death. The early diagnosis of all these malignant lesions is essential and demands a quick and effective therapeutic response for its correct resolution. Any pigmented lesion or not, which changes its shape, size, color, diameter or that bleeds or does not heal in a reasonable period of time (2 weeks). MOLLUSCUM CONTAGIOSUM
Moluscos Contagiosos
They are bumps with a depressed center of skin color that appear in areas of healthy skin, they are highly contagious for oneself or for people with close and frequent contact. They are frequent in children and adolescents or adults (genital area). The treatment It must be quick to cut the chain of transmission and spread. DERMATOLOGICAL PROCEDURES

DERMATOSCOPY

CRYOSURGERY

It is a method which by means of liquid nitrogen makes it possible to destroy different benign or malign dermatological lesions. It is possible to eliminate from sun spots to skin cancers depending on the intensity needed.
ABLATIVE RADIOFREQUENCY

The radiofrequency current makes it possible to coagulate and cut with great precision with minimal lateral damage the different skin lesions. Its main advantage is that reduces the risk of a scar and the recovery period is sooner.
ELECTROCOAGULATION

It enables the destruction of small dermatological lesions such as warts and skin tags which appear in the face or in the rest of the body.
PENISCOPY
It is a technique to visualize minimal HPV lesions in the male genitals which are imperceptible with the naked eye. It is an ambulatory painless examination that aids to identify and remove HPV lesion without any risks.
